Bacteria are found all over the world, everywhere in the world. Bacteria are numerous and ubiquitous. Even the southernmost South Pole and the northernmost North Pole have bacteria in such cold and harsh environments. How tough the bacteria are!
According to this theory, we also have a lot of bacteria. So how do we reduce the number of bacteria in our bodies? Here are some of my personal suggestions.

Second, we need to wash our hair often. Do not wash your hair because feudal superstition believes that washing your hair will take your luck away.
Third, we should wash our hands more often. Wash your hands before and after dinner. We must wash our hands carefully, inside and outside. Washing your hands frequently can reduce bacteria in our bodies.
Of course, we usually sneeze to cover our nose, not to sneeze at others.Also, if you want to reduce bacteria, you must boil things when you cook. You can't eat cold food.
If we can do the above, we can reduce a lot of bacteria.
