今天下午一放学，我就和爸爸一起去弘一艺术教育中心去练压腿。

老师放着优美的歌声，我们听到歌声就练起了压腿。老师先叫我们躺在垫子上，脚抬起来，然后老师把我们的腿往下压，右腿去贴右耳，左腿去贴左耳，还不能弯呢。刚开始有点痛，可是练一会就不痛了。有些同学受不了就哭了，我没有哭。

Then the teacher pressed our legs down, right leg to right ear, left leg to left ear. We can't bend yet. It hurt a little at first, but it won't hurt after a while. Some students can't stand crying, I didn't cry.
我练压腿练得很开心，因为我的舞蹈基本功又得到了提高。
I am very happy to practice leg pressing because my basic dance skills have been improved.
