Vidian, a. Anat.|ˈvɪdɪən| [f. Vidus Vidius, Latinized form of the name of Guido Guidi, an Italian anatomist (died 1569).] The special designation of certain anatomical features of the head, as Vidian artery, Vidian canal, Vidian nerve.
