After I finished reading the book Harry Potter written by J.K.Rowling,I was deeply shocked.
In this book,the writer shaped an interesting little boy called Harry potter. When he was a baby, his parents died protecting him from Voldemort. Then he lived with his aunt’s family. He was been abused. Later,he went to study magic in Hogwarts. There ,he met two good friends,Hermione Jean Granger and Ron Weasley. Later,with their courage, they succeeded in overcoming the difficulties.
Finally ,they stopped Voldemort’s actions. How brave they were!
It was so amazing. I admired them for their courage and knowledge very much. Also ,I have learnt a lot from the book.
First ,in this book ,it says it is not our abilities that show what we truly are, it is our choices. I think we should make our decisions wisely,or we will leave our regrets. It is we who shape our life and future.
Then, just as Dumbledore says,we should not dwell on dreams and forget to live. We should look forward and be optimistic. Revenge tends to only make you look bad. So we have to face up something bad calmly in life.
Fame may not be all it’s cracked up to me. We must remain sober and humble in the face of those honors. Then we can face life in a better manner.
That’s what I thought after reading this book. I will try to be a braver and more confident person in the future.
