1. (Also in Gr. or L. form cacozelon, cacozelia): Perverse affectation or imitation, as a fault of style.
1579E. K. Spenser's Sheph. Cal. Gloss., Rather a fault than a figure..called Cacozelon. 1589Puttenham Eng.
