A Healthy Lifestyle for High School Students
As has been found in many high schools,many students have terrible habits in their daily lives.I think these bad habits have some influences of our studies.First of all,students’ bodies become worse and worse.It is bad for them to study.Then,students don’t like to study than usual.They become lazier and lazier.They are seemed to be tired.In the end,they always doze off in class.Because they often stay up late.It is bad for them to learn.So I think,we shhould have a healthy life.Because it is very important fir us to study in the future.And we should have some good habits with the help of our parents.Because good habits are good for us.
Luckily,I lead quite a healthy life with the help of my parents.Thanks to this healthy life,I keep my grades as one of the top students and I will never give up the good habit.
