A leucocyte without cytoplasmic granules (see also quot. 1928). So aˌgranuloˈcytic a., of or pertaining to such a leucocyte; aˌgranulocyˈtosis [mod.L., f. G. agranulozytosen (W. Schultz 1922, in Deutsche Med. Wochenschr. XLVIII. 1496)], an agranulocytic condition.
